Begin, complete or refresh your profile now!

Start the year fresh! Now is the time to create or refresh your Organizational Profile and Common Grant Application.

Creating a profile and completing the Common Grant Application is the first step in your journey with the Community Foundation. It automatically means your organization is considered for many of our competitive grant program applications. The information provided will drive reports for our donors about your nonprofit and initiate informational meetings. The Foundation and our donors granted more than $125 million in grants last year, so we encourage all organizations – whether nonprofits or community-based groups – including those that have traditionally not been eligible for our grant programs, to complete both their Organizational Profiles and the Common Grant Application.

Have you already completed your organization’s profile and Common Grant Application? Please check it. We suggest refreshing your profile annually to ensure it’s as up-to-date as possible. This is your chance to tell us all about the exciting changes at your organization – be it changes in leadership, on your board or with your programs or finances. Click here to give us an update now.
