Balser Giving Circle presents Boys and Girl Club of Thomasville Heights with $25,000

The 12th Annual Balser Symposium, a partnership between the Atlanta Jewish Foundation, United Way of Greater Atlanta and the Community Foundation, took place on February 2. Attendees listened to Harriet Warshaw of The Conversation Project discuss ways to talk about death with clients, along with their friends and family.

Attendees also witnessed the Balser Giving Circle present the Boys and Girls Club of Thomasville Heights with $25,000 for furniture and equipment for the children and teens in after school programs. The Balser program aims to educate advisors on how to talk to their clients about philanthropic values and charitable planning.
