Recently, Tene Traylor, program officer at The Community Foundation, sat down with Winsome Hawkins, former staff member at the Foundation and key contributor to the start of the Neighborhood Fund. One of the individuals featured in the publication, Winsome talks to Tene about the idea that started it all some two decades ago.
