This morning we were co-hosts with the Metro Atlanta Chamber at: Forum on the Future: Georgia’s Workforce Pipeline, College Affordability and the Impact of Need-Based Financial Aid.
Top leaders from business, higher education, philanthropy and government were on hand to hear about the barriers that stand in the way of Georgians earning the postsecondary credentials necessary for our state to be economically competitive. Our thanks to the support of a technical assistance grant from the Lumina Foundation’s Strategy Labs that made the event possible.
You can read more about this issue here in an OpEd co-authored by Metro Atlanta Chamber President, Hala Moddelmog, and our own Alicia Philipp from today’s AJC Get Schooled blog.
