Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership (ANDP) promotes, creates and preserves mixed-income communities that results in the equitable distribution of affordable housing throughout metro Atlanta. Founded in 1991, ANDP was created to address the diminishing supply of affordable housing in the metro Atlanta region as well as to help reclaim declining neighborhoods.
In its history ANDP has supported more than 11,000 housing units for low and moderate-income people. Since receiving its GoATL Fund loan, ANDP has built or restored nearly 150 homes, enabling individuals and families to build wealth through homeownership.
ANDP is a catalyst for change for policy and community engagement, advocating for mixed income communities — places where people can live, work, play and age. ANDP also facilitates interaction among neighbors to stabilize communities, arming residents with the information and tools needed to strengthen their community from the inside out.
