India’s coronavirus caseload surged past 25 million today, with a record death toll. The country’s medical system is overloaded and facing a shortage of medical supplies, especially oxygen, and the already difficult situation has been amplified by Cyclone Tauktae making landfall this week.
Many of our donors want to know how they can help the victims, so we have assembled the list below. To make a grant, contact your philanthropic officer. Because this international disaster falls outside of our regional service area, this list is not fully vetted. It was informed by multiple online sources, including the New York Times and Vox. Please visit those articles for additional ways to give.
We will continue to add to this list in the coming weeks as the situation evolves.
