The Board of Trustees of Emory University recently created a fun video that will be used to introduce their new President, Dr. Claire Sterk, to the Emory community. The Trustees are holding a series of events across the country for alumni, friends and supporters and will use the video prior to these events. Participants were asked to give a creative three-word description of Dr. Sterk in a setting associated with themselves or their role.
Our own Alicia Philipp took part and her three words were: Committed to Community. The video was shot at Woodruff Park in downtown Atlanta, noted for its ATL-shaped play structure that makes a cameo appearance in the photo grid at the end of the video with some Community Foundation team members playing along!
We really enjoyed being included in the project and look forward to seeing how Dr. Sterk will make her mark on our community now and for years to come!
