Cityscape Housing: Black developers lead the charge in affordable homeownership with Community Foundation support

Cityscape Housing, founded by developers Robb Jones III and Ralph Cook Jr., stands as a beacon of progress in Atlanta. With support from the Community Foundation’s Atlanta Affordable Housing Fund (AAHF), Cityscape is transforming neighborhoods throughout Atlanta, providing much-needed affordable homeownership while creating a sustainable impact on the city’s landscape. The AAHF seeks to produce and preserve housing while also providing the needed capital to help expand and diversify the number of partners and sponsors building housing.
