Government 101 – Women in Congress

When the 113th Congress convened yesterday, it did so with an unprecedented number of women in its ranks. There are now 20 Senators and 81 Representatives who are female.

Will having more women in Congressional ranks alter the atmosphere in the Capitol and affect change in the way decision-making gets done?
