How supreme is our Supreme court?

June 27, 2012
 /
Higher Ground

This week we will learn what our Supreme Court rules on the Affordable Health Care Act. Lest we forget, that is what this act is about, i.e., making sure each of us has access to affordable health care.

Whatever the ruling may be, there is one critical distinction that I believe we need to keep in mind. There is the United States Supreme Court and there is a Supreme Being, our Creator.

So, whatever our initial reaction might be to the Court’s ruling, I hope we take a step back, and ask ourselves, what might be the reaction of the Supreme Being to the Court’s ruling.

Prayerfully, I hope your reaction and mine will be pleasing to our Creator.
